This project saw Marawar complete an upgrade of the interior to the Midland North Metropolitan TAFE College J Block.

Construction of the internal works in its new design was a delicate operation with trench works, concrete footings, brickwork and paving completed inside the J Block building.

Works to the main building structure internally included brickwork, structural steel and roofing.

External works included concrete paving, drainage, electrical runs, blockwork, external painting and mechanical compound fencing.
