Carmel is a proud Nyoongar woman and has a long history of working in the not-for-profit space, creating employment and training opportunities for many Indigenous Western Australians. She oversees our long-term employment strategies, which includes developing training pathways for prospective apprentices – programs that nurture capable, passionate, productive team members. Her unique combination of experience and progressive development methodologies are at the heart of our business and pivotal in taking our Indigenous workforce to the next level.

As the driving force behind our major works projects, from mixed-use developments to hotels to warehouses, Josh’s broad remit spans every aspect of project programming and cost, quality and safety control. He works closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants and our HSEQ team to optimise on-site efficiency, performance and safety throughout construction.

Anthony has extensive experience and is responsible for the delivery of contracts for a broad range of clients across an even more diverse array of construction challenges. He oversees day-to-day operations and is charged with improving performance, productivity, efficiency, customer service delivery and cost management. For Anthony, that means managing everything from the ground up, from recruiting and mentoring our Indigenous apprentices to driving major works projects to fruition.

Nick brings vast industry expertise to his role overseeing the delivery of short-term and ongoing maintenance and minor works contracts, which includes sensitive projects, such as prisons and fire stations. He’s responsible for project scoping, estimating, project management, scheduling, contract management, resource management, quality control and safety management, as well as business development.

From structural concrete and steel construction to intricate architectural design, from large-scale retail, commercial and industrial projects to bespoke homes, Fran is a design-and-construct enthusiast. He has extensive industry experience and the proven technical acumen required to engineer value into every project from the get-go and work through the most complex constructability issues.

Drawing on his extensive workplace health, safety and training experience across the mining, civil, rail and commercial construction industries, Brad is responsible for the implementation, review, and management of Marawar’s Integrated HSEQ Certified system. Ensuring full compliance, he supports managers in assessing, auditing, implementing safety requirements and training across our business.

A fellow of CPA Australia, with a Bachelor of Business (Business Law & Accounting) and extensive international finance experience, Julie oversees our group’s corporate finance division. She brings a wealth of corporate finance, deal management and governance expertise to her role, having worked with top listed ASX and NYSE companies, institutional-grade private equity firms and leading London-based international PERE fund managers owned by Macquarie Bank and the Rockerfeller Group.

As a highly experienced Chartered Accountant, Bojan’s knowledge of financial controls and governance as well as vast experience gained from Deloitte, RSM and a host of large private companies and major ASX-listed businesses, plays an integral part in managing the companies finances. In addition to overseeing our group’s cash flows and budgets, he is an invaluable mentor and agent of change within our Finance team, driving the ongoing improvement of processes, controls and reporting across our business.
